The staff members were friendly, and I felt welcomed at all times. I especially commend Mina, Omar, Ibrahim, and Sumaia. They provided really good hospitality. The hotel had nice facilities. I enjoyed the pool and the gym.
The room service was advertised as 24/7, but it was not, limiting options for late-night or early-morning needs.

The Lebanese restaurant had beautiful fresh food. I even attended a fun pool foam party. The room included a sea view balcony! It surprised us with a lovely room decoration and a delicious cake.
The parking was expensive! The location was perfect though.

My room included a rainfall shower and two separate sinks. The breakfast buffet had MANY options, this was AMAZING!!! Staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
The pool got quite crowded at times.
